Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the opener for the Rajasthan Royals (RR), carried on with his incredible IPL 2025 run. In the team’s IPL 2025 encounter against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Delhi on Tuesday, May 20, the 14-year-old scored a stunning half-century.
RR had to chase down a 188-run target in their final league match. Because of his powerful batting abilities, Suryavanshi helped his club get off to a great start.
The brilliant kid made 57 runs off 34 deliveries. He finished with a strike rate of 172.72, hitting four sixes and as many fours. Social media users praised Suryavanshi widely for his powerful performance.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi performed admirably throughout his first IPL season. Over the course of seven innings, he scored 252 runs with a strike rate of 206.55. With an incredible 35-ball century against Gujarat Titans (GT), the batter achieved the fastest century among Indian players in the history of the league.

Sanju Samson decided to field first after winning the RR toss. Ayush Mhatre and Dewald Brevis, who scored 43 (20) and 42 (25), respectively, helped CSK reach 187/8 in 20 overs.
The best bowler was Akash Madhwal, who had impressive numbers of 4-0-29-3. RR ended their season on a high note by easily chasing the mark in 17.1 overs.
Their best batsman was Suryavanshi, and captain Samson was undefeated at 41 off 31 balls. RR only won four of their 14 games, which was a lackluster season. At the moment, they have the ninth position in the standings.
