Former Indian captain MS Dhoni was recently spotted driving his Hummer H2. However, the SUV just had a unique makeover with a military theme, so it wasn’t simply another car from his garage.
The iconic wicketkeeper was spotted driving the unique vehicle in a few photos posted on Instagram by one of his fan organizations. The cricket player was wearing a black vest as he drove the recently modified car.
In the meantime, a different fan group shared a video that showed off Dhoni’s Hummer H2’s modifications. In addition to having pictures of a few soldiers and a helicopter, the car was coated in an army-themed color scheme.

Dhoni is a recognized automobile aficionado with a large collection of motorcycles and cars. According to reports, the famous cricket player owns more than 15 automobiles and more than 50 motorcycles.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2025 was the last time Dhoni was spotted playing. After five games, regular captain Ruturaj Gaikwad suffered an elbow injury, forcing the 44-year-old to return as captain of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Nevertheless, the Chennai-based squad had a poor season. With only four victories from 14 games, the five-time champions finished at the bottom of the points table and earned their first-ever wooden spoon in the league’s history.
In the IPL 2025, Dhoni amassed 196 runs in 13 innings. He had a strike rate of 135.17 and an average of 24.50 while fishing.

MS Dhoni quit international cricket on August 15, 2020. That not withstanding, he is still playing in the IPL where he represents CSK. We are yet to know whether the experienced campaigner will also come back to entertain his fans in the next edition.
It could be noted that the new retention system permitted Chennai to keep Dhoni as an uncapped player at 4 crores. He has not officially replied on whether he will be available in the IPL 2026.
