RCB makes its IPL 2025 second home appearance by facing Delhi Capitals on April 10 at their home stadium. RCB, under the leadership of Rajat Patidar, will play its second home match against PBKS at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on April 18.

RCB at the IPL 2025 auction

19 players were acquired by Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the IPL 2025 mega auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. At ₹12.50 crore, Australian bowler Josh Hazlewood was their most costly acquisition. Additionally, RCB paid ₹11.50 crore for Phil Salt and ₹11 crore for hard-hitting keeper-batter Jitesh Sharma.
The Bengaluru team paid ₹21 crore for Virat Kohli, ₹11 crore for Rajat Patidar, and ₹5 crore for left-arm bowler Yash Dayal, who was not yet capped, before the IPL 2025 auction.
