Suyash Sharma played a vital role in winning the Indian premier league (IPL) title by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) earlier this year. The talented leg-spinner might not have claimed many wickets but he was a good complement to other spinner Krunal Pandya and contributed to RCB decimate rival teams in a number of matches by taking over the middle overs of the match.
The 22-year-old recently participated in the Delhi Premier League’s second season (DPL). He was a member of the Outer Delhi Warriors. In eight games, Suyash took nine wickets at an average of 26.89. But after placing eighth in the standings, the Warriors were unable to make it to the postseason.
Chris Gayle was chosen by Suyash as the RCB’s GOAT (Greatest of All Time) in a quick fire on the DPL sidelines. Midway through the 2011 IPL, Dirk Nannes was replaced by the West Indies opener. He scored an aggressive century for RCB in his IPL debut. In addition to winning the Orange Cap twice, Gayle developed into a key member of the RCB lineup in the ensuing years.
RCB Legends Gayle, de Villiers & Kohli Celebrate IPL Victory

The left-handed batter also has the highest score in IPL history. To achieve the feat, he scored 175 out of 66 balls in a match against Pune Warriors, India in the year 2013. This is 3163 runs of RCB in 85 matches he played between 2011 and 2017 with an average of 43.33 and a strike rate of 152.73. Besides this, Gayle made 19 fifties and five hundreds. His joining in collaboration with AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli was termed as the holy trinity of RCB as they collaborated to make the team of Bengaluru win numerous matches.
It was right that Gayle and de Villiers alongside Kohli took part in the celebration of the IPL title in RCB after the final on June 3 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. On the social media, pictures of the three lifting the desired IPL trophy went viral. CBT has one of the best players of the season Kohli, who made 657 runs at an average of 54.75 in 15 innings.
