Rajasthan Royals (RR) face off against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the IPL 2026 on Friday, April 10, at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati. The match starts at 7:30 pm IST.

But, Rajat Patidar can prove a tough competitor for him. The RCB captain is now one of the most explosive players of spin. He posts a staggering strike rate of 254.83 for IPL 2026 with two innings having produced 79 runs.

Darshan Patidar has had the wood on Bishnoi in the past. He hasn’t been dismissed by the 25-year-old and she has taken him for 45 runs off just 20 balls with a strike rate of 225.

2. Vaibhav Suryavanshi (RR) v Jacob Duffy (RCB)

Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s blistering batting exploits have taken the IPL 2026 by storm. He even went after Mumbai Indians (MI) star Jasprit Bumrah, introducing the fast bowler to the attack with a six.

This young gun is expected to go full bore in the next match too. Despite coming in at the very start he has scored 122 runs across three innings with a staggering strike rate of 248.97 This is where we’ll see how Jacob Duffy fares against a swashbuckling batter.

The New Zealand pacer has bowled some outswings off a short of length with the new ball. He has recorded five wickets in two matches at an economy of 10 His mini-battle with Suryavanshi will come interestingly as the RR opener has trapped on those back-of-length deliveries. This contest may well be the decider for which team comes out on top in the powerplay.

Sandeep Sharma has been very versatile over the years. His outswing with the new ball has been a torment for batters. He has also incorporated the slower one into his arsenal and has become a dependable back-end bowler too.

He is one of the bowlers to get the better of Virat Kohли on several occasions. The RCB star has been dismissed by Sandeep seven times in 18 innings while scoring 132 runs from 88 balls at a strike rate of 150.

The right-hander started IPL 2026 campaign with an un-scored 69 of 38 deliveries against SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH). In the next match against CSK, he scored 28 runs of 18 balls. Sandeep, on the other hand, has three wickets from as many matches at an economy of 9.46.
