Yashasvi Jaiswal, a star batsman was spotted in Bandra, Mumbai, before the next series of Tests against South Africa. India is going to host the Proteas two Tests.

Yashasvi Jaiswal was spotted taking photos with fans at Bandra who came out of one cafe. He was seen to be wearing a plain white shirt, white trousers, white shoes, white cap, and white watch.

He has appeared in pictures with some of the fans and then jumped in a car and escaped.

The first Test is slated for Friday, November 14, at Kolkata’s historic Eden Gardens. Following the first Test, the second game will commence on Saturday, November 22 in Guwahati.

Jaiswal was a member of India’s ODI squad during the recent series in Australia. However, the southpaw kept the bench toasty throughout the series. He was not included in the T20I team and will thus play against South Africa.

In the Test cricket, Yashasvi Jaiswal is in superb form. He has seriously established his role in the team by batting first. He was the highest run scorer in the recent home series of India against the west Indies.

The left-hander hit 219 runs in three innings with the highest of 175. Jaiswal further showed good performance in the away series with England before the West Indies Tests.

He had 411 runs in five Tests with two centuries and two hundred and forty half-centuries. He was the highest run-scorer among the Indians in a tough tour in 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia. He scored 391 runs in five Tests of which he had a century and two half-centuries.

Yashasvi Jaiswal is consistent performer in the Test cricket. He debuted in the format in 2023. He has made 2428 runs in 26 matches with an average of 51.65 which consists of seven hundred and 12 half a century.

The 23 year old will also seek to keep his good form in the home series against South Africa where he will be scoring at the top.
