India's Yashasvi Jaiswal is seen during day four of the First Rothesay Test match

Yashasvi Jaiswal has taken Indian cricket by storm. He made his debut in 2023 and, at just 23, he’s already playing all three formats for Team India. In the current England Test series, he’s been brilliant—scoring a century at Leeds and a solid 87 at Edgbaston. He was also part of India’s 2024 T20 World Cup squad.

His IPL Journey

Yashasvi Jaiswal notched up a fifty

A lot of his earnings come from the IPL. He first joined Rajasthan Royals in 2020 for ₹2.4 crore. By 2022, that went up to ₹4 crore. And now, for IPL 2025, the Royals have retained him for a massive ₹18 crore. That deal makes him one of the highest-paid Indian players in the league.

Here’s a quick look on it:

  • IPL 2020-21: ₹2.4 crore
  • IPL 2022-24: ₹4 crore
  • IPL 2025: ₹18 crore

Not bad for someone who started out as an uncapped youngster!

BCCI Contract and Match Fees

Apart from the IPL, Yashasvi Jaiswal also makes good money from his BCCI contract. In 2024, he was placed in Grade B, which gives him ₹3 crore a year. On top of that, he earns match fees—₹15 lakh for every Test, ₹6 lakh for an ODI, and ₹3 lakh for a T20I. Not bad, right?

Where He Lives and his cars

In 2024, Jaiswal bought a luxury flat at Ten BKC in Mumbai. It’s worth around ₹5.38 crore. But that hasn’t made him forget his roots, he still has his family home in Suriyawan, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, from where his journey started.

He loves his cars too. His garage has a Harrier, a Mahindra Thar, and a Mercedes-Benz CLA 200.
