The ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 Trophy Tour came to Guwahati, showing its affection to the city of cricket that is preparing to host the world cup in the very first time.
Throughout its six days stay, the trophy visited some of the most famous locations such as the War Memorial, Northbrook Gate, Mahabhu Brahmaputra River Heritage Center, and even took a sunset ferry ride around the Fancy Bazar Ghat. The fans received a special opportunity to experience the event and the opportunity to support the women cricket.
The tour’s six stops—NPS International School, SBOA Public School, South Point School, Assam Jatiya Bidyalay, SAI RNS Academy, and Holy Child School—were a major highlight. Students participated in games with a cricket theme, welcomed the trophy with heroism, and engaged in interesting activities.
